All correspondence in regards to a return or exchange must be done via email to info@prettylittlebands.com.

You can exchange or return “unused – in new perfect condition” items (except earrings)* within 14 days of delivery date received as indicated by tracking.

The item must be “unworn, unused, and as new in perfect condition” and in the original Pretty Little Bands packaging.

The customer is responsible for all expenses incurred for returns and exchanges. For exchanges, Pretty Little Bands will provide shipping back out to customer.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be generated upon completing the exchange form and it is a condition of exchange/return that the number be included in your parcel back to us.

Rings: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct ring size, we are not responsible if the incorrect size ring has been ordered.

925 sterling silver jewellery is delicate by its very nature and Pretty Little Bands does not cover loss, damage, breakage or gradual changes in appearance due to normal wear, mishaps, breakage, and negligent handling or improper use.
